Refund Policy


Our refund policy lasts 30 days, covering you against items damaged in transit. It is important to notify us of any issues within the first 30 days of receiving your package or if you think your package has been lost in transit. The team will ensure your issue is solved as a matter of urgency.

Damaged Products

A product is classified as damaged if it has sustained visual or functional damage that reasonably impairs the enjoyment of the product.

Please note that the product will not be classified as damaged if the buyer or any unauthorised person has altered, damaged, or mishandled the product

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package so we can resolve this for you at the soonest possible time.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer returns or refunds on received products as each product is very customised to the individual customer and completely loses its value second hand.

This goes for digital artwork as well as printed products. Please note however that you can revise your order within the first 24 hours of receiving your digital artwork before it is sent to print, or in the case of a digital only order, you can revise until 14 days after receiving your digital artwork.

If you have a complaint about the quality of your artwork don’t hesitate to contact us. If we deem the artwork poor quality we will offer you a refund or assign another artist to your order.

Customs Fees and Duties

An order may or may not be subject to customs duty, taxes, and other import fees, as this would depend on the mandate of the buyer's home country.

All customs fees and duties will be the responsibility of the buyer. It is not refundable and not reimbursable.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Should your package be lost or stolen, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Please allow some time for us to coordinate with your respective courier to confirm the lost claim. The courier will open an investigation - once we receive documentation that it is lost, we will send a replacement at our cost.

Important: Refunds are not applicable to stolen packages. We will send a replacement. If a replacement is not available, only then will the order be refunded.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the product is damaged and a replacement is not available, then the amount of the item/s may be refunded.

If the product is returned to us and is not a result of our mistake (example: due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the package was not picked up from the post office), we can reship your order for a reasonable shipping fee.

Shipping and handling charges for returned products are not refundable and not reimbursable.
